Guidelines for Admission in JGI Schools

The following guidelines are issued to regulate admissions in JGI Schools with effect from the Academic Year 2021-22.

• The JGI Schools believe in providing a transparent and inclusive admission process for all prospective students.
• The school clearly communicates every aspect of its policies to parents.
• Admission is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, religion or region.
• There are limited seats per class, averaging 35 students in each class.
• Admissions open for Nursery, LKG, UKG and Grades 1-9.
• RTE: The school takes admissions under the Right to Education Act.

Enrolment, Registration & Application

Parents can register their children using any one of the following options:

Application Procedure

• Admission/Registration form is issued on the basis of vacancy available in all classes.
• The vacancy status is available from office or under online admission link on website.
• The admission form has to be collected from office or filled online.
• The admission form must be submitted along with required documents at the admission office or uploaded online.
• On successful submission of form, parent will be informed through Email & SMS about date and time to visit for interaction & verification.
• On selection for admission, parent will receive confirmation through Email & SMS.
• Parent is required to complete admission formalities by remitting the payable amount.
• Amount payable on admission confirmation has to be deposited within two working days.
